If a User violates this Operational Policy, such violation shall be deemed a violation of the Terms of Service, and the User may be subject to sanctions in accordance with this Operational Policy and the Terms of Service.

(3) Matters not specifically addressed in this Operational Policy shall be governed by the Company's Terms of Service, and all other matters shall be governed by applicable laws and regulations.

2) Amendment and Notice of the Operational Policy

(1) The Company may amend this Operational Policy in order to provide better Services, and shall give notice of the relevant details in accordance with Article 4 (Effect and Amendment of the Terms of Service) of the Terms of Service.

(2) Users shall review notices and the contents of this Operational Policy from time to time to familiarize themselves with any changes to the Operational Policy. The Company shall not be liable for any damage, inconvenience, or disadvantage arising from a User's failure to familiarize themselves with any amended contents.

3) Operational Principles of the BDM Test Server

(1) The operation of the BDM Test Server shall be conducted in accordance with a schedule determined by the Company, and the Service schedule may be changed or suspended due to the circumstances of the Company or the Service.

(2) The BDM Test Server may undergo server maintenance at any time without prior notice. In addition, the Service may be temporarily suspended for an extended period or for several days.

(3) As the purpose of the BDM Test Server is to conduct various tests, including bug fixes and balance adjustments for Black Desert Mobile, game content may differ from that of Black Desert Mobile, and such content may be changed at any time without prior notice.

(4) The Service provided through the BDM Test Server is not a completed service but a service currently under development, which may be unstable and may contain critical errors. During this process, frequent server downtime may occur, and errors such as rollbacks and deletion of game records may also occur.

(5) No compensation shall be provided for any errors on the BDM Test Server, including suspension of Service, changes to game content, server downtime, rollbacks, or deletion of game records.

(6) All game data obtained on the BDM Test Server, including experience points, in-game currency, and Items, shall not be linked to Black Desert Mobile.

(7) The BDM Test Server shall not provide paid services (such as the Pearl Shop).

(8) With the exception of bug reports, suggestions, membership withdrawal requests, and matters stipulated in the Terms of Service and this Operational Policy, services such as recovery from account theft, fraud, or loss of Items shall not be supported on the BDM Test Server.

(9) The BDM Test Server is a free service provided for in-game testing purposes and does not generate revenue; accordingly, the Company shall bear no liability whatsoever for any losses, inconveniences, or damages arising from the use of the Game Service, and no compensation shall be provided therefor.

2. Use of the BDM Test Server

Accordingly, as a matter of principle, the BDM Test Server shall provide no compensation for any issues whatsoever.

(2) On the BDM Test Server, game data, including Items and Character information, may be modified or deleted without prior notice for testing purposes or for operational or planning needs. In addition, game data shall, as a matter of principle, be reset on an irregular basis, and no recovery shall be provided therefor.
